Have been there probably 5 times, different properties and...
Have been there probably 5 times, different properties and not always staying the night, sometimes just for a walk, sometimes for lunch, sometimes for the beach or for forest walk. Lilaste is for those who appreciate nature and don't want the pretentious wannabe posh style of Jurmala, but instead just to relax and feel nature and tranquility around you. And it's definitely cleaner than Jurmala.

Very good apartments and staff, nice location and abilities to have a rest in the fresh air and near lake and forest with cats, but with loud party background. Your choice - to do nothing or to grill BBQ, to swim or to lie in the sun, to play sport games or to drink cocktails.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lilaste.
We really enjoyed our stay at Lilaste. The lake is beautiful and it was very relaxing. During the night there were some party noises, but I can fully understand that as I have enjoyed many of similar family & friends trips myself.

We stated in one room, two single beds and a sofa-bed. The room was spacious. Food at the restaurant was very good, the waiters were friendly, they brought childrens food first. Meals were big. Breakfast had big variety of foods. The property was rather in remote area and quiet. Good value for money. If you are looking for budget friendly accomondation, its a good place to stay.
