A new and comfortable house (65 м2) with a modern interior, located right on the bank od Daugava River (100 metres). In the House on the first floor there are two bedrooms with a double and a single bed. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a shower and a sauna. There is a TV-set, WiFi Internet. On the terrace in front of the House stood a table with chairs, lounge chairs for sunbathing. In the courtyard stands a barbecue grill. For the children at Green Lawn there are swing, trampoline. Closed spacious territory, parking for a car. A small garden with berries and fruits. Owner's House is on the same area (in summertime owners appear very rarely). In Daugava you can swim without any problems, sand and small pebbles beach. Riga is only in 15 minutes away by car, to Salaspils - 7 minutes.
