Pilsētas Trase is located in Sigulda, in the territory of the Gauja National Park in the Gauja Valley, 52km from Riga. You can get to the slope from the top from the new Svētku Square, and from the bottom near Sigulda’s Gauja beach (600m from the Gauja Bridge).
The slope has 90m vertical rise; it is illuminated during the dark hours.
There is also a cafe where it is possible to enjoy cosy atmosphere, get warm and have a hot meal after physical activities in fresh air.
Rental of Atomic sport equipment is available for reasonable prices.
We have the sportiest hill with a 350m long trail and 90m high vertical rise. All relevant competitions in Latvia are held on our slope. The unofficial record of speed was registered here, 107 km/h.
Chairlift is our greatest pride and this way we are different from other slopes in Latvia. It is the first such kind of lift in Baltics. The lift started its work in February 2007. It was designed and produced in Austria, installed under surveillance of Austrian lift company. Going down there is a magnificent view of the Gauja River and valley.
