Charming spacious cottage located just in a 30-minute drive from the Centre of Jurmala, only 50 km away from Riga. House has very good condition. There is own pond with a small sandy beach where you can swim. Kids can catch fish. Playground near the House with climbing, trampoline, basketball basket is a good entertainment for children. You can ride a bike (2 bikes). In the yard there are barbecue facilities, table and a fire place. In the cottage there are a sauna with direct access to the pond and a Jacuzzi with a covered terrace. The House has air-conditioner. Big balcony on the 2-nd floor. Heated floors. On the second floor there are a cinema hall (Blu-ray 3d) with DVD player, Music Centre, WiFi. Fenced territory, parking for 3 cars.
