House by the sea. This house is for people looking for a balance between comfort and nature, to relax from the stress of the big city.
The house is located in a quiet area surrounded by pine forest, 200m from a sandy dune beach where there are hardly any people. The forests are rich in berries and mushrooms. The Irbe river is nearby and boats can be rented. There is a café 300m away where you can eat if you don't feel like cooking.
The house has two rooms: a bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe, TV/SAT and air conditioning and a living room with fireplace and sofa that can be pulled out so that two more guests can sleep there. The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a kitchen. The bathroom has a shower.
It is located on a private property
The house also has WLAN, parking, an outdoor terrace with garden furniture a fireplace and a barbecue.
