House by the sea. This house is designed for people who are looking for a balance between comfort and nature to relax from the stress of the big city.
The house is situated in a quiet place in the middle of a pine forest. It is 200 meters away from the sea with a sandy beach where almost no people are to be seen. The woods are full of berries and mushrooms.
Not far away is the river 'Irbe' where you can rent a boat. There is a café about 300 meters from the house where you can eat if you don't want to prepare your own food.
The house has two rooms: a bedroom with a double bed and an open plan living room with an open kitchen and a sofa that can be pulled out so that two more guests can sleep there. The kitchen has everything you need. The house also contains a chimney, air conditioning, Wifi, TV/SAT connection, a terrace with furniture, a fireplace and a barbecue.
